Just in time for fall harvest (who is ready for some hard cider and soft donuts??) we have a treat even sweeter than the sweets at Blake’s Cider Mill- the spring scenery!

We are absolutely wowed by the floral centerpiece of this shoot. The round arch could be built and customized to fit any wedding scene and season, this one made special with white spring apple blossoms.

Our entire shoot was based around these gorgeous apple blossoms, soft and romantic with feminine touches. Apple trees bloom for less than one week in Michigan. With Michigan’s weather, we had a two week window of when the trees would bloom; but we were willing take the gamble. We had 13 amazing Detroit vendors involved. 

The floral arch was the passport into our blossom paradise. The circular arch atop the aisle way into the orchard featured greenery layered with roses, stock, and lisianthks.  We also added some beautiful apple blossoms.  

Custom furniture lined the apple trees for a romantic oasis so the couple could sip on Blake’s Hard cider and take in the breathtaking views. 

We wanted everything to feel light and airy while capturing our real couple’s candid moments with bountiful blooming trees. 

The soft details found in the linen and calligraphy matched the blossoming cloud-like apple trees.  Between the macaroons, the cider, and the real couple’s energy, there was no shortage of sweetness that day at the cider mill.
